We are currently seeking a proactive and dependable team player to join our company in an aggressive inside sales capacity as a Corporate Housing Representative. This job consists of fielding customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, coordinating corporate housing logistics, and conducting ongoing research to support the department. Candidate must have great phone and communication skills, and be computer and Internet savvy with a real estate background and at least three years experience in Sales. Professional demeanor a must.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.), ability to multi-task and attention to detail are required along with the willingness and ability to learn new computer systems. Must be able to work well with tight deadlines, excel in a team environment, manage multiple projects with ease, and provide administrative support when necessary.
