We are currently seeking a proactive and dependable team player to join our Manhattan corporate housing team as a Customer Service Representative. This job consists of fielding customer inquiries, coordinating corporate housing logistics, troubleshooting guest issues, and following up on service requests. Candidate must have great phone, follow up and communication skills, and be computer savvy with at least two years experience in Customer Service. Professional demeanor a must.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.), ability to multi-task and attention to detail are required along with the willingness and ability to learn new computer systems. Must be able to work well with tight deadlines, excel in a team environment, manage multiple projects with ease, and provide administrative support when necessary. Candidate must exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth work flow in the team and ensure that client demands are met. Great work environment and comprehensive benefits package.
