Maintenance Technician

Corporate housing company seeking a detail oriented and dependable individual to perform duties requiring maintenance and/or craft skills to ensure all apartments are in move-in condition. Responsibilities include overseeing apartment maintenance; performing painting, repairs and maintenance to apartments; performing carpet cleaning and minor carpet repairs; perform re-touch cleaning; performing furniture repair; various projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and maintenance experience and craft skills such as carpentry and painting.
