Throughout NY, NJ, CT, FL, MA, DC and RI, Churchill Corporate Housing employs a full-time property management staff that continually monitors and supervises our apartments to ensure they meet the high standards of quality that our customers have come to expect from us. Churchill also directly employs a housekeeping staff, allowing us complete control over the delivery of personalized hospitality services.

Our commitment to customer service includes a guarantee that you will receive a response within 24 hours of check-in to answer any questions or concerns. In the unlikely event that you have an issue, please contact us at any time, day or night, to obtain a swift resolution. For your convenience, routine maintenance requests can be made from our website via our Extranet account, and our online FAQ page contains answers to many common questions.

Bed Bug Prevention

Churchill Corporate Services takes a thorough and aggressive approach toward preventing the instance of bed bugs to drastically reduce the possibility of harboring any infestation in our apartments and furnishings. We have created a 3-Part Bed Bug Prevention Program so our guests can sleep sound.

PART 1:

Training and inspections are the most important preventative measures taken by Churchill. Churchill Corporate Services’ quality control, shipping and receiving, and delivery team are trained in effective bed bug extermination procedures by an environmentally responsible supplier of bed bug treatment products. All furnishings and household goods are treated twice; before delivery to an apartment and upon arrival at our warehouses. Churchill is also enrolled in a program whereby our warehouses are subject to unannounced inspections. Churchill has thus far passed all inspections.

PART 2:

All of Churchill’s mattresses, boxsprings and pillows will be covered and sealed with the 360° BiteBarrier, a specially designed encasement to defend against allergens and bed bug infestation.

PART 3:

Churchill’s NEW Insect Infernos will be used for every mattress, boxspring and pillow in our inventory to kill and protect against unwanted pests. This heat treatment technology will kill harmful pests permanently.

“The Insect Inferno [http://www.insectinferno.com/] heats quickly and will get the core temperature of mattresses, boxsprings, couches, chairs, and other household items hot enough for a predetermined time to kill insects and their eggs in a cost effective and efficient manner. The heat source is contained heat that is circulated with fans to keep the temperature within 2-3 degrees of desired temperature at all times. The items that need to be treated are placed inside the unit and then the back doors are shut and locked.
